Bring the children for a magical time
This years fairy hunt has a specially commissioned cartoon by local artist Steve Robbins. It tells the story of the real fairy letter of 1741 found at King John’s Lodge. The letter tells how a young girl and her mum saw a group of fairies, but would their friends and neighbours believe them? Come along and read the story.
We will also have the fairies and fairy houses around the garden to look for and fairy treats in the café.
The Fairy hunt is on everyday from 6th-22nd April 10am-5pm (closed Tuesdays)
Just One thing ...
Please remember to check with the garden that the event is taking place. Plans change, things happen and while we do our utmost best to be all correct and ship shape, we cannot guarantee that we've got it right.
Please let us know if there any mistakes ... enjoy your trip.
It really helps if you say you saw the event on Gardens to Visit so please mention it when you go!
