Where the walk is a work of art. Discover 160 acres of magnificent, authentically restored, 18th century landscape garden with follies, a Serpentine lake and spectacular views across Surrey. Features include the Crystal Grotto*, romantic Ruined Abbey, Gothic Temple, Temple of Bacchus, Turkish Tent and Gothic Tower*.

Throughout the year, the historic plantings, The John Bartram Heritage Collection of North American trees and shrubs (Plant Heritage), Walled Garden, Vineyard and natural landscape offer seasonal interest. The licensed tearoom serves morning refreshments, light & seasonal lunches and a wide selection of cakes and treats. The Painshill Gift Shop offers a range of gifts including their guide book, Painshill Kitchen Garden Gin, books, Painshill Sparkling Wine and local honey. *Limited opening times.

Opening Times: Summer 10am-6pm (last entry 4pm) / Winter 10am - 4pm (last entry 3pm) / Spring 10am-5pm (last entry 4pm) *closed Christmas Day & Boxing Day.
Admission Rates: Adults: £13.50. Concessions: £11. Children (5 - 16): £6.00. Under 5’s: Free. Carer of Disabled Person: Free. Dogs on a short, fixed lead are welcome in the landscape.
Group Rates: Pre-booked discounted rates are available for adult groups (numbers10+).
Facilities: Gift Shop, licensed tearoom (group menu available), picnic area, educational visits, classrooms and a choice of function rooms.
Disabled Access: Accessible route. Toilet and parking on site. Pre-booked wheelchair loan and buggy tours (capacity max. 5).
Tours/Events: Painshill has a variety of guided tours available to groups which can include a visit to another local attraction. Please call the Groups Booking Co-ordinator for prices & availability. Painshill also offers a variety of events, workshops and lectures throughout the year (advance booking may be required).
Coach Parking: Coach parking is available.
Length of Visit: 1.5 - 4 hours.
